 RTE Gujarat Admission 2024-25: RTE (Right to Education) હેઠળ શાળા પ્રવેશ મેળવવા મામલે મોટા સમાચાર સામે આવ્યા છે. ગુજરાત સરકાર 2024-25 માટે RTE અંતર્ગત પ્રવેશ પ્રકિયાની જાહેરાત કરી દેવામાં આવી છે.  આગામી પહેલી જૂન 2024ના રોજ છ વર્ષ પુરા થયેલા હશે તેવા જ બાળકોને ધોરણ-1માં પ્રવેશ આપવામાં આવશે. શિક્ષણ વિભાગ દ્વારા આપવામાં આવેલ જાણકારી અનુસાર રાઈટ ટુ એજુકેશન પ્રવેશ પ્રક્રિયા અંતર્ગત 14 માર્ચથી 26 માર્ચ સુધી ઓનલાઈન ફોર્મ ભરી શકાશે.

શૈક્ષણિક વર્ષ ૨૦૨૪-૨૫ માં આર.ટી.ઈ. હેઠળ પ્રવેશ માટે ઓનલાઈન ફોર્મ તા. ૧૪/૦૩/૨૦૨૪ થી તા.૨૬/૦૩/૨૦૨૪ના રાત્રીના ૧૨:૦૦ કલાક સુધી ભરી શકાશે.
સદર પ્રવેશ પ્રક્રિયા દરમિયાન  વાલીએ ઓનલાઈન ફોર્મ ભરતી વખતે જ જરૂરી આધાર-પુરાવા જેવા કે જન્મ-તારીખનો દાખલો, રહેઠાણનો પુરાવો, જાતિ/કેટેગરીનો દાખલો, તેમજ સક્ષમ અધિકારીનો આવકનો દાખલો, ઈન્કમટેક્ષ રીટર્ન, તથા ઈન્કમટેક્ષ રીટર્ન ભરેલ ન હોય તે કિસ્સામાં આવકવેરાને પાત્ર આવક ન થતી હોવા અંગેનું સેલ્ફ ડિક્લેરેશન (લાગુ પડતુ હોય ત્યાં) વગેરે અસલ આધારો ઓનલાઈન અપલોડ કરવાના રહેશે. ઓનલાઈન ફોર્મની પ્રિન્ટ વાલીએ પોતાની પાસે રાખવાની રહેશે. 

ઓનલાઈન ભરેલ ફોર્મ ક્યાંય જમા કરાવવાનું રહેશે નહી.

શું છે RTE?

શિક્ષણનો અધિકાર કાયદો 2009 (RTE) દેશમાં બાળકોને મફત અને ફરજિયાત શિક્ષણ આપવા માટે લાવવામાં આવ્યો હતો. તે 6 થી 14 વર્ષની વયના બાળકોને મફત શિક્ષણની ખાતરી આપે છે. આ અધિનિયમના આ અમલથી ભારત વિશ્વના 135 દેશોમાંનો એક એવો દેશ બન્યો કે જ્યાં શિક્ષણનો મૂળભૂત અધિકાર છે. જો કે આ પછી પણ આવી અનેક ખામીઓ અને પડકારો છે જેના કારણે દેશના હજારો બાળકો ફરજિયાત શિક્ષણથી વંચિત રહે છે. તો ચાલો આજે આપણે શિક્ષણનો અધિકાર અધિનિયમ 2009 નું મહત્વ અને ઉદ્દેશ્ય શું છે તેના વિશે સમજવાનો પ્રયત્ન કરીએ. 

શિક્ષણ અધિકાર અધિનિયમ 2009 નો મુખ્ય ઉદ્દેશ

• 7 થી 14 વર્ષની વયના દરેક બાળકને મફત પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષણ પૂરું પાડવું
• 7 થી 14 વર્ષની વય જૂથના દરેક બાળકની ફરજિયાત નોંધણી, હાજરી અને પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષણ પૂર્ણ કરવું.
• કલમ 6 હેઠળ, બાળકોને પડોશની કોઈપણ શાળામાં પ્રવેશ લેવાનો અધિકાર છે.
• આ કાયદો નબળા વર્ગો અને વંચિત જૂથોના બાળકો સાથે ભેદભાવ ન થાય તે સુનિશ્ચિત કરે છે
• જો એવું બાળક હોય કે જે 6 વર્ષની ઉંમરે કોઈપણ શાળામાં એડમિશન ન લઈ શક્યું હોય તો તે તેની ઉંમર પ્રમાણે પછીથી ક્લાસમાં એડમિશન લઈ શકે છે.
• જો કોઈપણ શાળામાં પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષણ પૂર્ણ કરવાની જોગવાઈ ન હોય તો, વિદ્યાર્થીને અન્ય કોઈપણ શાળામાં ટ્રાન્સફર કરવાનો અધિકાર આપવામાં આવશે.
• ખાનગી અને વિશેષ શ્રેણીની શાળાઓએ પણ આર્થિક રીતે નબળા સમુદાયના બાળકો માટે વર્ગ 1 માં 25% બેઠકો અનામત રાખવાની રહેશે.
• કોઈપણ બાળકને કોઈપણ વર્ગમાં પ્રવેશ લેતા અટકાવવામાં આવશે નહીં કે તેને શાળામાંથી કાઢી મૂકવામાં આવશે નહીં.

ObjectiveOf RTE Gujarat Admission

RTE ACT 2009

1.      Free and Compulsory Education: The RTE Act establishes the right for children in the specified age group to receive education that is both free and compulsory. It mandates that private schools reserve a certain percentage of seats for economically disadvantaged children.
